Current rate is $4200 per month for the townhouse. $2100 for one bedroom. Two people can occupy for each bedroom. Maximum number of people to live in this townhouse is 4. Prefer at least one year contract. Tenants are responsible for their own monthly electricity and water bills. Tenants will be required to pay a security deposit which is one month's rent.
Washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, oven, Pacific auto clean range hood, heater, black-out curtains for energy efficiency and cooling during hot season, one roof parking space, and one parking permit for any vehicle parking on the open space in the same community.
No pets allowed in this unit. Fines will be applied for any lost parking permit, breaking rules and regulations if it's notified and fined by HOA. An electric copy of HOA rules & regulations, and tenants agreement forms will be provided.
